Fettuccini Alfredo

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 1/2 cups finely shredded Porcino Ramano
  • Fettuccini noodles
  • 1 bunch Italian Parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Heat up butter on very low in a large sauce pan. When melted pour in 3 cups heavy cream. Warm the mixture but not to boiling. Add some salt and pepper. Add 3 cups porcino romano a little at a time while stirring.

Cook the fettuccini noodles till almost done. Drain noodles and put in sauce.

Cut off stems of parsley and roughly chop leaves. Put half of the parsley in sauce. Let simmer on very low for few minutes to finish noodles. Stir occasionally.

Salt, pepper, parsley, and cheese to taste.
