Hummus

  • 15oz Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
  • 1Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ¾tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4Tbsp Water
  • Salt

Instructions

Soak dry garbanzo beans over night. Boil on low till soft. Let cool. Can use canned garbanzo beans as well.

Combine beans, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and cumin in a blender. Blend till smooth. May need a little more water to blend smooth.

Hummus Variations

Add all or individually

2Tbsp to ⅔Cup Tahini
Black Pepper
More garlic cloves
More lemon juice

Paprika (hot, smoked, or both)
Za'atar
Minced Garlic
Greek Yogurt
