Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
- 6 Tomatillos
- 1 Serrano
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Avocado
- 1½C. Cilantro
- ½ Onion
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Remove tomatillo husks and wash.
In a medium pot, boil tomatillos, serrano, and onion.
Blend boiled ingredients with all the rest of the ingredients plus about ½Cup water.
