Jalapeño Popper Dip
- 5 Jalapeños
- 16oz Cream Cheese
- 12oz Beef Bacon
- 1C. Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1C. Smoked Cheddar Cheese
- 1C. Milk
- Salt to taste

Stuffing to Jalapeño Poppers.
Baked Chicken topper. Cover top of finished baked chicken and broil till cheese is melted.
Fry bacon and chop finely.
Remove seeds from Jalapeños and finely chop.
Shred the cheeses if not already shredded.
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least an hour.
Alternatives to cream cheese can be goat cheese.
