Dried Bread Cubes & Croutons

Instructions
Cut bread into desired size pieces. 1inch or smaller pieces will dry faster.
Place on cake sheet or other flat bakeware. If you have a grid that fits on your bakeware that will allow more airflow and dry the bread faster.
Place in oven set to 225°F.
The longer the time the more toasty they will get. Check for desired doneness.
