Hamburger Improver

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1C. Milk
  • 1C. Pasta Water
  • 1Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1Pinch Granulated Garlic
  • 1Tbsp Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 16oz Rotini Pasta
  • 1C. Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Start water to boil according to pasta directions.

In a sauté pan, brown the ground beef.

Reserve a cup of pasta water when draining the pasta. Add pasta, water, evaporated milk, milk, onion powder, granulated garlic, ground pepper, parmesan cheese, and salt. Stir and cover.

Let simmer on medium heat till sauce thinkens to coat the pasta and meat. Should thicken about 10min. If too thick add a little milk till desired creaminess.
