General Tso Sauce

  • ¼C. Soy Sauce
  • 2Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2Tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¾C. Chicken Broth
  • 2Tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

Mix cornstarch and a couple Tbsp of chicken broth in a small bowl and set aside.

In a saucier pan, mix all ingredients and simmer medium low heat. Let simmer till sauce drains off spoon slowly. About 10minutes of slow bubbles. Stir often.

Let cool and refrigerate.
